NAME OF SPONSOR: World Market Center Las Vegas, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “WMCLV” or “Sponsor”).

 

1) HOW TO ENTER: By submitting your story on HomeYet.com you will be entered in a weekly drawing to win a digital photo frame.  Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant in excess of the entry limit are void. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery. Giveaway entries remain the property of the Sponsor and no entry materials received by the Sponsor will be returned. “Releasees” (as defined below) assume no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, garbled or misdirected entry materials, or for any computer, online, telephone, human, or other error or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur. No mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete entries will be accepted. Failure to comply with the rules and process requirement aforementioned will result in disqualification of entrant. 

 

2) WINNER SELECTION/DEADLINE DATES: Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on September 29, 2010 (“Four Weeks Promotion Period”). The winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received according to the Entry Chart below.

 

Random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries according to the Entry Chart below. Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period for which they are received and entries will also be eligible for subsequent Entry Periods so long as the entry has not been selected as a winner in another Entry Period. The random drawings will be conducted by a designated employee at WMCLV. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period drawing.

 

* Entry Period begins 12:00 a.m. (PT) on start date of that period and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on end date of that period.

 

3) PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per Entry Period: digital photo frame. Total Value (ARV) of all prizes: $228 ($57 each). All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs related to the prize not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners will be notified on the Thursday, following the end of the Entry Period in which they are selected, at the e-mail address provided at time of entry and must respond to the notification request as instructed. The prize will be mailed to the winner’s address as provided and confirmed by the winner in his or her email at the type of contact. Prizes will be fulfilled anytime between October 1-15, 2010. No substitution, redemption, or assignment of prize permitted. However, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event the prize is unavailable.

4) ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants who submit a story through “Share Your Story” on HomeYet.com will be automatically entered to win a FREE digital photo frame. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of WMCLV, their respective parents, vendors, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. 

 

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Give-away entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. The laws of Nevada and the laws of United States govern this giveaway. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winners will be notified at the e-mail address provided at time of entry and must respond to the notification request as instructed. Winners also may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with this time period or instructions or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness (photo and/or video) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing the winner’s first name, last name, last initial, and hometown in any requested winners list. By entering, participants and winners release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parents, vendors, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees, officers, directors and agents (“Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize won and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy.

 

6) INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this giveaway. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WMCLV RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, telephone service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or phone numbers for the Internet or phone number domain associated with the submitted e-mail address or phone number.

 

7) USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review WMCLV’s privacy policy at http://www.wmclv.com/privacy-policy.html. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted WMCLV’s privacy policy.
